How does the Xchange system work?

Very Simply you bring in your preloved items and Xchange them for a SIMILAR quality level item and pay a small Xchange fee - $5 for Dancewear xchanges, $5 for costume to dancewear (usually multiple dancewear items per costume) and $10 for Costume to xchanges. 

Do we have to Xchange?

No, you can purchase without Xchanging at very affordable prices.

Are they all secondhand items?

No, we have both NEW costumes / dancewear as well as quality preloved items.

Do you sell NEW dancewear?

Yes, we stock Studio 7 Dancewear which is an hgh quality affordable Australian brand which has a range of dancewear and costumes.

Can you buy our costumes from us?

No sorry our business model does not allow us to buy off the public but we offer value back with our Xchange system.

What is your returns policy?

If you purchase a NEW item and the item is faulty then you can return it within 30 days however we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind, buy the wrong colour or size.

If needed we can hold the item/items so that they can be tried on.
We also encourage you to take photos to send through for teacher approval. 

Can we try on as many items as we like?

Yes, we encourage you to spend as much time as you like trying on the items..

Do you sell costume accessories?

Yes, we have many accessories including Hats, masks, gloves, legwear and more...

What do I do if I cannot bring my dancer to try on the item?

We suggest you bring in a current leotard and/or their measurements Chest / Waist / Hips and Girth in CM to ensure a correct fit.
